A Space to Become Unapologetically Strong

Join my weekly yoga classes in Mallorca - either in Palma studio or at the Yoga Finca in Campos. Choose your practice:

Rocket Yoga

Built on the Ashtanga method and designed to get you there faster. Rocket is dynamic, adaptable and unapologetically strong: arm balances, inversions and creative transitions that meet you where you are and ask a little more of you every time. The approach is anything but rigid. Expect sweat, rhythm and the particular satisfaction of doing something you did not think you could.

4 Beat Yoga

4BEAT is a dynamic vinyasa yoga where the breath is synced to the slow, regular beat of the music: a moving meditation.

It is a flow of asana but also a community founded by Marcus Veda in London at Mission E1, now spreading globally with teachers and practitioners all over the world.

When a group moves together in sync - all breathing soft, slow, and deep - there’s a collective energy that builds in the room. It becomes a unified energy. Like a single body moving with a shared breath, creating union, the sense of being part of something larger.

Estela is the first Spanish teacher to bring 4BEAT to Spain and she now teaches full time in Mallorca.

Yin Yoga

Long holds. Deep release. Yin works into the fascia, the connective tissue that runs through and around every structure in the body, through passive stretching held for three to five minutes. At that duration, the tissue undergoes what researchers call 'fascial creep': a gradual lengthening that increases range of motion at the joints, restores fascial fluidity, boosts flexibility, promotes hydration of the connective tissue.

Arm Balances

Every inversion is a conversation between the body and gravity, this is where technique makes all the difference. These focused sessions build the strength, core stability and progressive alignment needed for handstands and forearm balances. Beyond the physical, inversions bring a sense of freedom, lightness and build confidence. Expect a structured programme and focused drills that make you progress in your practice.

Sound Healing

Singing bowls work primarily by calming the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic state and quieting the sympathetic stress response. Through entrainment, the brain synchronises with the sound frequencies, shifting from active, alert states into restorative alpha and theta waves associated with deep relaxation and emotional release. Estela uses crystal singing bowls and layered resonance to guide the body into a genuine state of deep rest and relaxation. She offers private and group sessions in retreats, events and her yoga practice.

  • "Estela has a natural gift for understanding what each student needs, each body, each mind, each emotion. She guides and supports you with both affection and high expectations, helping you overcome your mental barriers and blocks. She has made me love yoga, and yoga with her makes me love and care for myself more each day. The sincerity and humility of her practice motivate me every day. Namaste."

    — Cecilia Abril

  • "Estela has such a presence to her. She is super humorous and knows how to push you to your limits in the best possible way. Her classes are suitable for all levels – I am a yoga beginner but I never feel left out. On the contrary, I feel like everyone is considered and paid attention to without the more experienced yogis being bored. There is a very special, positive energy around Estela and I feel like she is giving that to her pupils in all of her classes. She speaks German, English and Spanish, so you can pick up a bit of vocabulary (if you have the brain capacity during handstands)."
