Come Back to Yourself

Estela García is an international yoga teacher, movement guide, sound and breathwork facilitator. She holds a BA (hons) in Arts Management from the University of Greenwich and is a former arts and corporate professional. She is now based between Mallorca and London.

Estela holds over 1000 hours of yoga teacher trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Power, Yin and 4BEAT yoga. With twenty years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching, she has trained with some of the world's leading yoga teachers, including Eddie Stern, Simon Borg-Olivier, Carson Calhoun, Amme Poulton, and Marcus Veda. She is now part of the assisting teaching team at Mission E1 in London for the 4BEAT teacher trainings.

She believes that presence, movement and healing practices can help us reconnect with ourselves and navigate life’s challenges with grace. Drawing from a deeply personal journey, Estela explores how yoga became her anchor through grief transformation. With insights on breathwork, nervous system regulation and how to approach yoga without ego, Estela offers a grounded, compassionate perspective on inner growth.

During her four years at The Balance, she worked with ultra-high-net-worth clients, elite athletes and celebrities, guiding them through recovery, performance and personal transformation. Her ongoing studies span epigenetics, somatic healing, and the neuroscience of transformation — a continually evolving foundation that informs every session she teaches.

Her background spans ballet training at the John Cranko Schule in Germany, acting and film studies in New York at the Actors Studio and under David Mamet, work with U2 on one of their music videos and a corporate career across Merrill Lynch, Marion Greenberg PR (representing Givenchy, Comme des Garçons and Jil Sander), Abbott Mead Vickers London and BBDO Madrid. The daughter of internationally acclaimed opera conductor Luis Antonio García Navarro, she grew up immersed in the discipline and artistry that now defines her teaching. She now teaches in Mallorca, London and Berlin, working with students in group classes, private sessions and online.
