First time at Estela Yoga? Here's what you need to know.

Water bottle. Comfortable clothes. yoga mat and your beautiful self. Mats, blocks and props are available at the studio.

Great music. Hands-on adjustments (unless you choose to opt out). Challenge without competition. A room full of people focused on their practice and great energy.

Every class offers modifications and progressions to meet your practice. I will safely guide you to choose your edge.

First class? Come early so we can talk about your goals, any injuries, experience level and what you want to get out of the practice.
